Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Turn Manager to oversee the turn/make-ready process for luxury apartment communities in Cincinnati, OH. You will manage all steps to prepare units for new residents, coordinate with the service team, and ensure quality and safety throughout the turnover cycle.

The role requires at least three years in multifamily housing property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management and turn/Make Ready processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods; lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the apartment turns and make-ready process.
• Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins.
• Assist the Service team with work orders.
• Understand layout of the property and equipment locations.
• Walk units to check progress and quality.
• Respond to service requests, indoors and outdoors.
• Be available for emergency calls as needed.
• Supervise the turn team.
