Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.

• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by completing repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and track inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with property management to address and resolve maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
