Bowman Pointe Apartments in West Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform appliance and equipment repair, electrical work, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry to keep the community running smoothly.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair.
• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of the apartment community.
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while performing all tasks.
