Job summary

Bowman Pointe Apartments in West Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our luxury community. You will perform appliance and equipment repairs, basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks, and pool maintenance to keep our property running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of related experience; HVAC or EPA certification is preferred. On-call rotation is required, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification (preferred).
• Pool maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry.
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of the apartment community.
• Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while performing all tasks.
