Vivmark Residential is seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our Walnut Creek communities. You will conduct personalized tours, assist prospective residents with floorplans, and tailor options to individual needs, ensuring a luxurious living experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and present apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate with leasing team to ensure smooth operations.
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required.
