Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team at one of our apartment communities in North Palm Beach, FL. You will guide prospective residents through tours, tailor floorplan recommendations, and follow up on every lead to convert interest into leases.

Strong customer service and sales skills, familiarity with property management software and MS Office, and weekend availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
