RHO Residential LLC is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist in East Boston, MA. The role involves greeting prospects, showcasing community amenities, and securing leases, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma, fluency in English, and the ability to perform basic to intermediate math. A valid driver's license and insurance are required, with housing the property at Portside at East Pier I & II.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Generally, no previous work or property management experience is required.
• Skills: Ability to deal well with people and close a sale, strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and actively sell the property's products and services to prospects.
• Develop, implement and optimize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Explain lease documents and ensure all paperwork is completed prior to move-in.
• Communicate policies on applicant screening and residency qualifications.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to prepare units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve resident inquiries and complaints.
• Track prospect traffic and leasing data; assist with monthly closings.
• Assist with hosting and planning resident events and renewals.
