The Liberty Group in Sanford, Florida is urgently seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team at luxury apartment communities. This role includes greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the leasing process to secure leases at an efficient pace. Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience in apartment leasing, and familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is essential.

Responsibilities also include following up with leads, ensuring apartment readiness, and assisting with resident orientation. A bilingual skillset is highly preferred, and experience in luxury properties is considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects and qualify them according to established criteria.
• Provide community and apartment tours, apply product knowledge.
• Assist prospects in completing applications and secure deposits.
• Follow-up on prospects that did not close to attempt further closure.
• Monitor renewal notices and assist in renewals.
