The Liberty Group is actively seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to convert strong tours into signed leases in Layton, Utah. The role involves greeting residents, presenting community value, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

Candidates should have 6+ months of leasing experience, be familiar with Fair Housing, and possess a valid government-issued ID. Weekend availability may be required to match peak touring hours.

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to turn strong tours into signed leases.

Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

• 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued ID
• Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations
• (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours

What you'll do

• Greet and tour prospective residents; follow up to drive move-ins
• Communicate the value and living experience of the community

Preferred (not required)

• Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.)
• Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
