Job summary

Mandel Group, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional for Taxco in Milwaukee, WI 53204. You will handle leads, schedule on-site tours, process applications, and draft leases while delivering outstanding customer service.

Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred, weekend shifts required, and you will collaborate with the office team and maintenance staff to ensure resident satisfaction. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and/or leasing is strongly preferred.
• Computer skills are required for lease processing and communications.
• Leasing positions will require weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete knowledge of the apartment community.
• Respond to leads via email and phone and convert to on-site tours.
• Maintain closing ratio and lease apartments.
• Process applications and draft leases using templates.
• Follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times.
• Create engaging social media content to highlight the property.
