CHANEL Boca Raton is seeking an Alterations Specialist to produce high-quality altered merchandise within set timeframes. You will deliver exceptional service, manage client relationships, and coordinate with boutique staff to ensure precise alterations of luxury garments.

The role requires extensive fabric and sewing technique knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with clients to advise on styling and fit.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of alterations experience in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics and sewing techniques.
• Able to lift 15 lb and work flexible schedule.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Alter and repair client garments including hemming, mending, taking in/out seams.
• Fit garments on clients to determine alterations.
• Maintain organization of client pieces.
• Interact with clients to suggest styling and fitting advice.
