CHANEL is seeking an Alterations Specialist to produce high-quality alterations within set timeframes and deliver exceptional client service in a boutique environment. The role requires handling a range of garments, maintaining client pieces, and providing styling guidance.

The ideal candidate has luxury alteration experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Report lines include Boutique Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• 5+ years of alterations experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Ability to interact with clients and provide styling/advice.

Responsabilités

• Alter and repair clients' garments, including hemming and taking in/out seams.
• Fit garments on clients to determine alteration approach.
• Organize and maintain client-owned pieces per CHANEL standards.
• Maintain knowledge of CHANEL alteration techniques and fabrication.
• Ensure sewing machines and equipment are in good working order.
• Record alterations and communicate client specifications clearly.
• Provide exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.
