Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years alterations experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of luxury fabrics and tailoring techniques.

Responsibilities

• Alter and repair garments with precision to CHANEL standards.
• Fit garments with clients and provide styling and fitting advice.
• Organize and maintain client-owned pieces per CHANEL guidelines.
• Ensure sewing machines and equipment are in good working order.
• Record alterations and label client garments accurately.
