Job summary

AirSculpt is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our luxury medical practice. You will use consultative selling to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services, while collaborating with the medical team to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The role requires 5 years of consultative sales experience in medical aesthetics or luxury services, strong client communication, independence, and teamwork, plus CRM tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 years of consultative sales experience in medical aesthetics or luxury services.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with clients quickly.
• Experience using a CRM tool; proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and metrics for patient satisfaction.
• Utilize consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend services.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless communication along the patient journey.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
