Nordstrom's Beauty Department is seeking a passionate associate to create personalized beauty experiences for customers and help drive sales of luxury brands.

You will engage with clients in-store and online, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and collaborate with the team to deliver an inclusive, welcoming environment.

This role emphasizes staying current on trends, managing appointments, and building loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.

Qualificações

• Customer service passion with knowledge of beauty trends.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns.
• Empathy and respect for all customers during makeup/skincare sessions.
• Strong multitasking, organization and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective selling tools (text and social media).
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Keep up with the latest beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
