Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe and Americas is seeking a Spa Director to lead a luxury wellness program bridging hospitality, longevity and high-revenue business development. You will own the bottom line, cultivate a VIP wellness community and partner with clinical practitioners to deliver personalised, high-end guest journeys while maintaining strict regulatory compliance in New York.

You will manage budgets, negotiate partnerships and scale the Wellness Membership Programme to create predictable revenue

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury spa or premium hospitality with commercial responsibility.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset to create revenue streams and memberships.
• Experience working with external partners and multidisciplinary teams; clinical wellness valued.

Responsibilities

• Scout, negotiate and onboard avant-garde partners across biotech and luxury wellness.
• Own and scale the Wellness Membership Programme and grow recurring revenue.
• Oversee partnerships with regular performance reviews and brand alignment.
• Lead stock control, purchasing, payroll inputs, SOPs and quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with NY health and licensing regulations.
• Build deep VIP relationships and position the property as a wellness benchmark.
