Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to greet guests, direct traffic, and provide top-notch service at the point of arrival and departure. You will assist with luggage, manage keys, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every guest across shifts that may include late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required; minimum 2 years driving history.
• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Parking or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow with a smile.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name and assist their needs.
• Open and close doors for customers.
• Assist guests with luggage into/out of vehicles as needed.
• Turn off each car and remove keys.
• Provide each customer with a valet ticket and retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain a self-reliant attitude, with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations and make guests love LAZ Parking.
