The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee seeks a dedicated Tea Server to deliver refined Afternoon Tea experiences. You will guide guests through tea selections, serve courses with grace, and ensure a memorable dining experience aligned with The Pfister's legacy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tea varieties and proper service techniques.
• Previous food or beverage service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present Afternoon Tea selections.
• Describe teas and assist guests with selections.
• Prepare and serve teas with presentation and timing.
• Deliver multi-course Afternoon Tea with savories, scones, and pastries.
• Maintain knowledge of teas, menu items, and service etiquette.
• Assist with setup and reset of tables and service areas.
