Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing teas, maintaining service areas, and partnering with team members to ensure flawless execution. Prior tea knowledge and strong service orientation are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a food or beverage server is preferred.
• Knowledge of tea varieties and service techniques is desired.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests to Afternoon Tea service.
• Present and describe teas, assisting guests in selections.
• Prepare and serve teas with precision.
• Deliver multi-course Afternoon Tea with savories, scones, and pastries.
• Maintain knowledge of tea offerings and etiquette.
• Assist with table setup and reset between guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.
• Support team and perform tasks as assigned.
