Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments.
• Escort guests through the facility to get them acquainted with our spa.
• Maintain a relaxing and calm environment throughout the spa experience.
• Know our spa menu and promotions and establish rapport with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the spa.
• Manage towels, robes, linens, toiletries, and supplies in vanity and showers.
• Coordinate locker room inventory and laundry.
• Clean lockers and common areas as guests arrive or depart.
• Support VIPs and special requests; coordinate with staff and management to enhance guest experience.
