Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional, personalized approach.
• Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments with accurate guest records.
• Provide detailed information on spa services, amenities, and hotel offerings.
• Escort guests through the spa and provide robes, towels, and refreshments.
• Assist with guest amenities and support retail and F&B offerings.
• Process guest payments and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception, retail areas, and facilities.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate to Spa Leadership when needed.
