WinStar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, OK, is seeking a Male Spa Attendant to welcome guests, maintain a luxurious spa environment, and support therapists. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Guest service excellence and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage spa supplies and cleanliness.
• Team collaboration with spa therapists and management.
• Must be able to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and professional appearance.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or spa is preferred; basic safety knowledge.
• Willingness to obtain Shallow Water Lifeguard Certification, CPR & First Aid (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the spa and provide a personalized orientation of facilities.
• Keep lounge, locker rooms, and fitness center clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist therapists with room turnovers and spa laundry.
• Escort guests to lockers, supply robes and slippers, ensure a relaxing experience.
• Maintain spa cleanliness in all guest areas and ensure safety.
• Assist guests with spa appointments and service navigation.
• Stock locker room supplies and monitor inventory.
• Provide professional hospitality and guest interactions.
• Monitor spa access and maintain a calm, peaceful atmosphere.
• Attend meetings and training on spa operations and safety.
