Job summary

Winston Hospitality, Inc. in Thackerville, OK, seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily spa and fitness operations at WinStar Spa & Fitness Center. You’ll report to the Spa Assistant Director and foster a tranquil, guest-focused environment while guiding a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of spa management experience; hotel spa experience strongly preferred.
• Current professional licensure as a cosmetologist, nail technician, massage therapist, and/or esthetician is required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Strong financial understanding with the ability to interpret operational numbers and manage within budget.
• Experience with spa reservation, scheduling, and customer management systems.
• A professional, polished presence and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work Thursday–Monday, including weekends and holidays.

• Partner with Group Sales on group bookings, events, and partnerships.
• Monitor spa presentation, cleanliness, safety, and opening/closing standards.
• Conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings to keep the team informed and engaged.
• Develop team members through coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.
• Lead by example and ensure WinStar’s service and hospitality standards are consistently reflected throughout the Spa.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our 25,000-square-foot WinStar Spa & Fitness Center. Reporting to the Spa Assistant Director, you’ll play a key role in creating a relaxing, elevated environment while leading a team dedicated to exceptional guest service.

This Schedule Is a Must

This position's schedule is Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, with no exceptions.

What You’ll Do
