Job summary

Natuzzi Italia - Americas in Denver seeks a Showroom Manager to lead our luxury showroom. You will oversee store operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team while upholding the Natuzzi brand experience.

You will manage client journeys, mentoring staff, and aligning with regional leadership to deliver exceptional service, strong KPI results, and a compelling in-store presentation of our Italian craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of store and sales management experience in luxury home furnishings.
• Strong entrepreneurial vision and ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales goals with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Foster a high-performance team environment built on trust and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations, including POS, order lifecycle, and customer follow-up.
• Lead CRM initiatives and ensure premium client journeys and after-sales service.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across store functions.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Regional teams to execute events and campaigns.
