Ensure compliance with CBAs, policies, and regulations across jurisdictions.
Drive revenue, ADR, and profitability through strategic leadership and upselling opportunities.
Develop future leaders and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Rooms Division.
Represent the hotel in the San Francisco community and with key stakeholders.
