Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a Back Server at Amangiri to assist the service team in delivering food and beverages with flawless presentation. You will keep service areas clean, communicate effectively with front and back of house, and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Ideal candidates bring F&B experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask under pressure while staying professional and courteous throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging, and energetic personality with a passion for service.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs, stand for long periods and work in varying conditions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance per company policy.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• TIPS and ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing tables and maintaining clean front and back of house areas.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests per service standards.
• Maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.
• Be knowledgeable about menu and offerings, describe to guests.
• Understand allergens and SOPs for handling allergies.
• Stock and polish equipment and replenish side stations during service.
• Coordinate communication between servers and kitchen for info and requests.
• Work with kitchen to ensure proper timing of food delivery.
• Assist in setting up/breaking down tables and stations per SOPs.
• Maintain friendly and professional demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.
