Job summary

Amangiri, part of Aman Group, seeks a Back Server to assist the service team with delivering food and beverages, maintaining clean service areas, and communicating between front and back of house. You will uphold Amangiri’s renowned standards of service and cleanliness.

You should have prior food and beverage experience and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a friendly, energetic attitude and strong multitasking skills to thrive in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive, energetic personality with a service mindset.
• Strong multitasking and detail orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain poise.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing tables and maintain clean front and back areas.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests per service standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in F&B areas.
• Know the menu and describe it to guests as needed.
• Understand allergens and SOPs for allergy handling.
• Stock and polish equipment and replenish side stations.
• Act as liaison between servers and kitchen for requests.
• Coordinate timing of course delivery with kitchen.
• Set up and break down tables and stations per SOPs.
• Maintain friendly, professional demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.
