Job summary

Tb Isle Resort Lp is seeking an Overnight Security Officer dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all guests and visitors at JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa. This role requires outstanding guest service skills and at least one year of experience in a luxury resort environment.

The Officer will be responsible for responding to emergencies, conducting regular rounds, and maintaining high standards of personal grooming. The position requires flexibility to work overnight, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a luxury resort or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives a warm, personal greeting.
• Comply with hotel standards to encourage safe operations.
• Assist guests in emergencies and with room access.
• Conduct rounds throughout the resort.
