The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join its growing rehabilitation team. The PTA will deliver treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, following defined goals, and help maintain a luxurious, patient‑centered care environment for short‑term residents.

Ideal candidates have licensure in Florida, experience with long‑term or geriatric care, and strong documentation skills.

Competenze

• Must have a valid Florida PTA license and registration.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of Physical Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing; weekly progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Excellent patient service skills and clinical excellence.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to schedule.
• Experience with Case Mix Index and PPS scheduling preferred.

Mansioni

• Carry out best practice treatments under PT supervision.
• Provide treatment per goals developed by the PT and document feedback.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure optimal patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
