Job summary

Faena New York is seeking a House Attendant to support housekeeping in public and back-of-house areas, ensuring immaculate presentation for luxury guests. The role involves delivering supplies, restocking carts, and assisting Room Attendants to maintain pristine rooms and corridors.

This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $30.00 and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest hallways, elevators, stairwells, public restrooms, and service areas.
• Restock linen closets and housekeeping carts with supplies and amenities as directed.
• Deliver towels, cribs, rollaway beds, and amenities to guest rooms.
• Remove dirty linens and trash from guest floors and restock accordingly.
• Report maintenance issues or unusual conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow cleaning procedures, chemical handling standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist with deep cleaning and floor care.
• Operate RFID scanning system to process rooms and linen.
• Maintain organization of housekeeping storage areas and closets.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism.
• Provide support to Room Attendants to ensure room readiness and service quality.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, and use them properly.
• Manage lobby, front/back of house restrooms, and related areas.
