Job summary

Raffles Boston is hiring a Private Dining Server to deliver the highest quality service in a luxury hotel setting. You will be attentive, courteous, and efficient while setting up and delivering guest orders and requests.

Responsibilities include maintaining a tidy work area, handling occasional cash, and upholding the standards of Private Dining service. Flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• 2 years food and beverage serving and/or related experience at a luxury hotel or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Set up and deliver guests orders and requests.
• Work in a tidy and organized manner.
• Receive and deliver food and beverage orders and provide a distinctive dining experience.
• Submit daily requisitions of items needed for the operation.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
