Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a full-time Bartender for the Wheelhouse Café. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain a clean, stocked bar, and help deliver an exceptional member experience.

The ideal candidate has six months of bartending or private-club service experience, POS familiarity, and a professional appearance; must communicate in English and follow responsible-service guidelines.

Formación

• At least six months of bartending or private-club service experience.
• Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for effective member communication.
• Must meet all applicable age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive on time and as scheduled.
• Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow Club grooming standards.
• Set up the bar before service and keep it stocked and organized.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and review daily specials and events.
• Greet members and guests and provide prompt, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to Club recipes and responsible-service guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, menu offerings, and events.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process member checks promptly.
• Keep bar clean, sanitary, and well-stocked throughout shifts.
• Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, Café Captains, and management for efficient service.
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol-service regulations.
• Close and verify all member checks at shift end and complete required paperwork.
• Report equipment or safety issues to management.
• Assist with dining-room or poolside service as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Café Captain or F&B Manager.
