Qualifications

• Good understanding of course sequence, utensils, plateware and glassware.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual at all times and arrive to work on time.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain professional and welcoming appearance and demeanor.
• Greet members and guests with a smile and guide them through their dining experience.
• Close and check all member checks at the end of the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Café Captain or Service Director.
