L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a friendly Server for Poza, the rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, to deliver exceptional guest service with grace and style.

You will know our menu, upsell confidently, and support VIP guests while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a luxury environment.

This role requires 1+ year serving experience in a high-volume setting, strong communication, beverage knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year professional serving experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid beverage knowledge with understanding of cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Able to complete a satisfactory background check.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, assisting, and serving guests in dining and poolside areas; take orders, enter into POS, deliver items, and process payments.
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, wine, beer, cocktails, coffee, tea, and espresso offerings; upsell where appropriate.
• Support VIP and special occasion service and help ensure repeat visits by anticipating guest needs.
• Set up, organize, and maintain dining rooms, poolside areas, service stations, bars, and seasonal outdoor seating areas.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety; clear tables, restock supplies, and keep guest areas ready.
• Perform opening/closing duties, side work, and deep-cleaning tasks as required.
• Maintain inventory and availability of operational supplies.
