Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a Pool Server to deliver attentive, friendly service in an outdoor poolside setting at our luxury resort. You will take food and beverage orders, explain menus and specials, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while maintaining a polished, guest-focused demeanor.

Ideal candidates have serving experience, can work in heat and humidity, and will collaborate with bartenders and management to uphold service standards throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.
• Working knowledge of menu items, cocktails, and poolside offerings.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English to explain menu items and record orders.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Ability to transport trays up to 40 lbs through poolside service areas.
• Must obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly at poolside seating areas, cabanas, and loungers.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and explain menu items, specials, and cocktails.
• Maintain a visible, attentive presence and anticipate guest needs.
• Deliver orders accurately and safely to poolside locations.
• Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen/bar.
• Support bartenders, server assistants, and management to ensure smooth service.
