Job summary

Regent Santa Monica Beach is seeking an Azure Attendant to support servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel with restocking and accurate orders. You will greet guests, seat patrons, and assist with guest requests such as moving loungers.

Professionalism, clear communication, and teamwork are essential for delivering exceptional guest service. Reporting daily to the Outlets Manager, you will perform side work, participate in pre-shift briefings, and stay informed about the menu and resort

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations, ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Must be able to speak/read/write in the workplace language.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maneuver in limited spaces.
• Capacity to lift items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote Regent service philosophy and style through staff attributes.
• Welcome guests and ensure responsive, professional service.
• Perform side work and learn new menu items.
• Answer questions about menu, wine, or items; liaise with servers and pool hosts.
• Verify guests into loungers or cabanas and assist seating.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and towel stock; ensure safety and compliance.
