Job summary

Regent Santa Monica Beach seeks an Azure Server to uphold luxury standards, take orders, serve beverages, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate food orders. You will greet guests, help stock the pool area, and assist with seating while maintaining top-tier service quality.

Attention to detail, excellent hospitality skills, and teamwork are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, and you will participate in a pooled tip system as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in food and beverage operations.
• Must be able to read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Pooled tip system participation.

Responsibilities

• Promote Regent’s service philosophy and style through our attributes.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to all guests.
• Explain menu items and wine list to guests.
• Seat guests and greet them.
• Stock supplies and assist with pool area setup.
• Assist bartender with ice and restocking.
• Move umbrellas and chairs for guests as needed.
• Replenish beverages and change towels as required.
• Coordinate with kitchen for accurate food orders.
