This tipped position pays $18.42 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package available to eligible team members. Responsibilities include cash handling, POS entry, and providing wine and cocktail knowledge to guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a server in high-volume environment.
• Experience with cash handling and credit card processing.
• Basic knowledge of wine, specifically French and Californian wines.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, communicate specials, enter orders in the lounge POS.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and comply with alcohol policies.
• Enter orders accurately, process payments, and deliver checks.
• Perform opening/closing, cleaning, and side-work duties to keep spaces clean and organized.
• Support the bar team with maintaining bar, lounge, and lounge patio areas.
• Prepare lounge mise en place and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
