Job summary

The Arizona Biltmore, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property, is seeking a full-time Citrus Club Concierge to deliver luxury guest experiences in the exclusive Citrus Club Lounge.

You will greet guests, coordinate services, and provide restaurant recommendations while maintaining high standards of service in a 21+ lounge environment. The role requires availability days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with compensation at $20 per hour and Hilton travel benefits alongside Pyramid’s travel perks.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Food and beverage experience preferred; bartending and concierge experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel meetings, events, and functions.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Answer calls and dispatch appropriate staff to respond to requests.
• Arrange visits to points of interest, attractions, museums, and parks.
• Make restaurant recommendations and reservations for guests.
• Buss tables, pour beverages, and assist in lounge areas during service periods.
• Follow safety and service standards and report incidents as needed.
