Job summary
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Laundry/Valet Attendant dedicated to excellence and guest service. You will process garments, sort uniforms, and operate laundry and valet equipment to maintain immaculate guest accommodations.
The role requires legal work authorization in the United States and a high school diploma is preferred. English reading, writing and speaking abilities are essential, with on-site work in Hawaii offering robust benefits and opportunities for growth.

- Tags guest items, sorts for appropriate action and processes clothing on the correct equipment.
- Sorts employee uniforms for appropriate action and transports clean uniforms to Housekeeping.
- Operates and maintains washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron.
- Retrieves folded linens and stacks or hangs clean linens as appropriate.
- Sorts clean towels, rugs and robes; folds and places on racks.
- Operates and maintains valet equipment and reports issues to manager.
- Assists with responsibilities in the absence or heavy volume in Valet Dry Cleaning and Housekeeping.

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Laundry/Valet Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Laundry/Valet Attendants have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
Tags Guest items, sorts for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature. Once processed, folds or hangs the clothing as desired.
Sorts employee uniforms for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature. Once processed, hangs and transports clean uniforms to Housekeeping.
Operates and maintains washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron. Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.
Retrieves folded linens and stacks or hangs clean linens as appropriate.
Sorts clean towels, rugs and robes. Manual folding for bath towels, washcloths, rugs and robes. Places folded product on appropriate rack.
Operates and maintains valet equipment. Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Valet Dry Cleaning and Housekeeping.

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
High School Diploma preferred
Ability to read, write and speak English, working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.
Hourly Rate: $26.12
