Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting preferred.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safe handling of chemicals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety regulations and Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Operates and maintains dishwashing equipment; ensures all dishes, glassware, and cutlery are cleaned and sanitized.
• Properly stores and organizes all kitchen equipment, dishes, and supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assists with receiving and storing food and supply deliveries; ensures proper rotation and inventory management.
• Collaborates with culinary team members to ensure kitchen areas are ready for service and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Reports any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef promptly.
• Supports Ranch standards and guest experience by ensuring a spotless and well-maintained kitchen, contributing to food quality.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
