Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, stewarding, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing and kitchen environment.
• Restock kitchen stations, storage areas, and service areas with clean wares and supplies.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food prep, stocking deliveries, or operational tasks as needed.
