Job summary

The Ranch at Rock Creek in Montana seeks a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily room cleaning, public spaces, and sanitation to uphold Forbes Five-Star and Relais & Chateaux standards.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, inspect rooms, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. This is a non-exempt hourly position requiring a strong work ethic and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years in housekeeping with at least one year supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a housekeeping team in a multi-unit facility with daily cleaning.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in a standing position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and inspect daily work for quality.
• Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with other departments.
• Create and monitor staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Provide room availability information and manage work priorities.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and public spaces; ensure compliance with standards.
• Attend staff meetings and promote teamwork and safety.
• Keep supplies stocked and equipment in working order; report maintenance needs.
• Support Director of Housekeeping in managing operations and profitability.
