Job summary

Westin Riverwalk San Antonio is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest cleanliness standards. You will perform cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and ensure rooms are guest-ready while handling heavy carts and linens with care.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. On-site position with benefits and opportunities within HEI Hotels & Resorts network.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, including overhead work.
• Team player who can pitch in with coworkers.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens as required, up to 50 lbs weight.
• Dust furniture, pictures, shelves and ledges; vacuum and empty trash.
• Restock amenities, linens and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve and restock heavy carts; ensure room presentation is complete.
