Residence Inn San Antonio Riverwalk is seeking a Room Attendant to take daily ownership of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring rooms and common areas meet hotel standards and guest expectations. You will communicate with guests and staff to deliver outstanding service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest requests, report maintenance needs, and maintain supply rooms. Training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
