Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages preparation.
• Understand simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash wares promptly; ensure storage areas are stocked.
• Check stations for setup and cleanliness.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per standards.
• Operate burnishing machine for silverware finish.
• Polish silver for proper appearance.
• Clean pots, kettles and pans promptly after use.
• Replenish supplies and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Empty trash in service areas as scheduled.
• Perform general cleaning tasks according to health standards.
• Sweep and mop floors to prevent slips and falls.
• Assist with moving supplies and equipment as needed.
• Report duties as scheduled by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Provide maximum guest service while upholding Langham standards.
