MGM Resorts International, through Aria, is seeking a Hostperson for Catch to warmly greet guests, seat them, and support the service team in a high-energy, luxury dining environment. You will engage guests, coordinate seating and dining flow, and participate in social-media friendly activities to highlight the venue.

The role requires at least 1 year of host or customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a host in fine-dining or customer service.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, manage dining flow and seating assignments.
• Assist service staff with guest requests and billing tasks as needed.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations; coordinate with management for large parties.
