Job summary

Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and support servers. The role requires excellent guest service etiquette, ability to multitask, and strong communication. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Training will cover software and customer service standards. Maintain dining area cleanliness, assist with seating, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service while upholding safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service etiquette and proper food and beverage serving techniques.
• Ability to perform host-related tasks and use job-related software and office equipment.
• Ability to stay calm in various situations, use good judgement and solve problems.

Responsibilities
