Wild Dunes Resort, part of Destination by Hyatt, is seeking a Front Desk Agent on-site at Isle of Palms, SC. You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and help with reservations while delivering a warm, welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant asset.
• Knowledge of the resort and its services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify reservations, and manage a smooth check-in/check-out, including processing payments and invoices.
• Handle room reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications, while maintaining records and room availability.
• Assist guests with requests, such as resort facilities information, transportation, and local dining recommendations.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and taking reservations.
• Distribute room keys and access cards securely, with proper identification.
• Address guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor guest access and report security or maintenance issues following safety protocols.
