Viceroy Washington DC is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while delivering attentive, courteous service to guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to standards, restocking carts and supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. A high school diploma is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts. Excellent communication with guests and staff is essential.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand during shift.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently to lift/move objects.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.

Mansioni

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and stock the housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas and closets; vacuum as needed.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day use and replenish chemicals.
• Report missing items and any maintenance repairs to supervisor/manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
